Steve Pile

In addition to songwriting and performing, Pile is also an educator. For many years, Steve has taught private lessons on guitar, bass, piano and drums. He has a Masters in Education in Music and credential from the University of San Francisco and teaches K-2 music and concert band full time at Sonoma Country Day School. He also is the co-founder of the Konteh Kunda School of Music in Gambia, West Africa, a school committed to passing on the rich Griot lineage to the next generation and international travelers.
